Our Private Chalets offer a serene sanctuary where the only sounds are the rustling of the trees and the soothing babble of the nearby stream. These spacious two bedroom 828-square-foot retreats are our most versatile units, perfect for families of up to five, two couples, or two friends travelling together. Couples are offered the Chalets on a one bedroom option at a discounted rate.
Whether you are here for a high-energy family adventure or a peaceful retreat, the Chalets provide a secluded home base just a minute’s walk from the resort beach and the heart of the action.
Space to Connect and Revitalize
Each Chalet is designed with family comfort in mind, featuring large windows that give you a front-row seat to the natural setting and visiting wildlife—keep your eyes peeled for deer and birds right outside your window! The spacious, open-concept living area has everything you need for a family game night or to unwind after a day of exploring, including a comfortable couch and chairs, a TV with satellite and DVD player for movie nights, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace.
The true highlight of the Chalet experience is the bathroom spa, designed to pamper you from head to toe. While the kids are occupied, parents can enjoy a spa experience without leaving the chalet. These spacious bathrooms feature a two-person Hydro-Thermo Massage Tub and a rain shower, complete with heated floors for an extra touch of luxury. Even the kids love the “bubblies tub” and makes for an exciting bath time they’ll actually want to take.
The BainUltra system uses strategically placed air jets to create a therapeutic acupressure effect. By combining air, water, and heat, the hydro-thermo massage completely encompasses your body in deep relaxation, revitalizing your being after a day of hiking or biking with the family.
Bringing Your Dog to Inverness Falls
We know that for many of our guests, a family getaway isn’t complete without the whole family—including the dog. Our chalets are uniquely positioned to make travelling with a pet effortless for busy parents. Step out of your Chalet and you are immediately immersed in the quiet of the spruce grove, meaning your morning walk starts the moment you open the door, with plenty of room for the kids and dog to explore safely.

Chalet 9
Features: a 4-step deck and a single-level interior.
Chalet 10
Features: a ramp up to the deck that runs along two sides of the Chalet, and doors designed to accommodate most wheelchairs. Inside features a nice open feel.
Chalet 11
Features: three steps to the deck, no steps inside and is about 10 yards from the parking lot.

The Inverness Experience
On the Water
You are just a few steps from the shores of Brereton Lake and a sandy beach, where you can swim and relax in the sun. If you’re looking to do some fishing, head to the dock or rent our boat to fish the lake. You can also enjoy shore fishing along the Rennie River below the falls; and down river by canoe and kayak. To help you explore, we provide free use of canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, and row boats for navigating the Rennie River and Brereton Lake.
On the Trails
The Trans Canada Trail passes right by our Resort, perfect for hikes or bike rides. We have mountain bikes available for guests to borrow, allowing you to explore these scenic paths and the Inverness Falls Trails at your own pace.
The Bonfire Area
The Resort Bonfire pits are on both sides of the stream, offering a quiet, peaceful space to enjoy a fire. This dedicated space is designed for the timeless tradition of the evening campfire—a perfect place to gather under the Whiteshell stars and share stories after a day of adventure.

Pet Policies
ToTo ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, including those with allergies, the Chalet 11 is a Pet-Free unit. If you are travelling with a pet, you may consider our Lakeview Cabin 6 & 7 (each accommodates one dog) or our Pet-Welcome Chalets 9 (which can accommodate two dogs) and 10 (accommodates one dog).
Recreational Equipment
Your stay includes free use of our resort equipment. This includes Canoes, Kayaks, Pedal Boats, Row Boats, and Mountain Bikes. Please visit the office to sign out equipment and pick up life jackets.
Boat Rental

Internet & Connectivity
We offer WiFi. To preserve the peaceful atmosphere and due to our rural location, we cannot support gaming or heavy downloading. You may also be able to access your own data within your unit, depending on your provider and equipment.
Firewood
Firewood is included for use in the fireplaces during the Spring and Fall seasons. We sell bundles of wood for a Bonfire at cost.
