Located along the stream that connects the Rennie River and Brereton Lake, this Whiteshell Provincial Park cottage offers our guests a retreat in a spacious 700-square-foot open-concept layout. You will find a warm, inviting living space that encourages you to slow down, featuring a cozy bedroom loft with a queen-size bed. From your bed, you can enjoy a movie on your satellite receiver or watch the glow of the fireplace, perfect for those slow mornings during your stay with Inverness Falls Resort.
Designed for Two
Our Luxury Cottages are built for connection. The spa experience is a highlight of this luxury cottage rental, featuring a two-person hot tub and a spacious two-person shower made for relaxation and “us” time. Sink into the tub for a rejuvenating soak while enjoying the ambient glow of the fireplace or the peaceful forest views through the large windows.
The open living space flows into the bedroom loft, situated two steps up from the main floor, where a plush queen-size bed serves as your command center for relaxation. This is the perfect spot to tuck in for the evening, enjoying the warmth of the crackling fireplace and a favourite movie without ever having to leave the comfort of your covers. In the kitchen, you’ll find a charming bistro table tucked into a windowed corner, perfectly showcasing the beauty of the Precambrian Shield.
Your cottage includes a private deck with a propane BBQ and patio furniture, offering the perfect spot for that second cup of coffee to celebrate the slow-moving mornings of your stay with Inverness Falls Resort. From your deck, you have the perfect vantage point to listen to the melodic mini-falls just a few yards away while you dine or lounge together.

The Inverness Experience
On the Water
You are just a few steps from the shores of Brereton Lake and a sandy beach, where you can swim and relax in the sun. If you’re looking to do some fishing, head to the dock or rent our boat to fish the lake. You can also enjoy shore fishing along the Rennie River below the falls; and down river by canoe and kayak. To help you explore, we provide free use of canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, and row boats for navigating the Rennie River and Brereton Lake.
On the Trails
The Trans Canada Trail passes right by our Resort, perfect for hikes or bike rides. We have mountain bikes available for guests to borrow, allowing you to explore these scenic paths and the Inverness Falls Trails at your own pace.
The Bonfire Area
The Resort Bonfire pits are on both sides of the stream, offering a quiet, peaceful space to enjoy a fire. This dedicated space is designed for the timeless tradition of the evening campfire—a perfect place to gather under the Whiteshell stars and share stories after a day of adventure.

Pet Policies
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, including those with allergies, the Luxury Cottages are Pet-Free units. If you are travelling with a pet, please consider our Lakeview Cabins 6 & 7 (accommodate one dog) or our Pet-Welcome Chalets 9 (accommodates two dogs) & 10 (accommodate one dog).
Recreational Equipment
Your stay includes free use of our resort equipment. This includes Canoes, Kayaks, Pedal Boats, Row Boats, and Mountain Bikes. Please visit the office to sign out equipment and pick up life jackets.
Boat Rental

Internet & Connectivity
We offer WiFi. To preserve the peaceful atmosphere and due to our rural location, we cannot support gaming or heavy downloading. You may also be able to access your own data within your unit, depending on your provider and equipment.
Firewood
Firewood is included for use in the fireplaces during the Spring and Fall seasons. We sell bundles of wood for a Bonfire at cost.
