The Crocues have just opened. The first bit of colour of the season!
Lake Brereton is officially open as of today. Yesterday there was a lot of open water at the shore but
still a large mass of ice out in the middle. This morning when I came to work the ice was gone. Just like that! Krista went for her first boat ride with friends this afternoon.
Still too cold to be safe for canoeing or kayaking but it want be long.
We still have some summer openings.
A bit for May long weekend as well.
