Pelicans are so interesting to watch

On Friday we headed down the Trans-Canada Trail from the resort toward Cabin Lake to check for trees down
We cleared two bigger ones and a bunch of small stuff. (Thanks to our friends Martin and Marlene for their help) A little bit of water on the trail half way to the bridge but totally passible. It was a beautiful morning and the trail clearing offered us the opportunity to enjoy.
These gentle giants are nesting in the park right now… keep a lookout!!

These beautiful Crocus we planted in the meadow over 30 years ago and they have britened every spring since.
Spring has sprung
Lots of activity on the river. The other night I counted 8 pair of Swans and dozens of Geese and ducks This morning only 4 pair on the River… the wind was causing havic with thier grooming.
