Stu and I headed out for a boat ride earlier this week.. what a day! Beautiful colours. As we came around into one of the bays we came upon two swans taking off . Picture perfect day!

Our two Monarchs arrived yesterday and today. Check out the two clear chrysalis from where the butterflies emerged. They were a rich green at the start of the process. As the fog lifted a thousand magical shapes appeared. They were on every tree, every blade of grass. Each one glistening in the early morning sun!

As we cruised we saw a flock of Pelicans resting on a row of rocks just off of a good fishing spot. They were right where they wanted to be for morning fishing!
